Counseling Services

Individual Counseling helps you gain insight into your problems and seek positive alternatives.

Couples Counseling  Here you will explore your particular issues as a pair with a professional's guidance.  You and your partner can learn how to communicate more effectively, negotiate your differences, and solve problems. What you can expect is a facilitated forum to work out your disagreements.  The therapist will help you push through stalemates and recognize unhealthy patterns for a stronger union.  Most couples go to therapy every week for at least 12 weeks.

Family Counseling helps family members gain understanding of disruptive problems.  Improve communication skills and provides new ways to reach solutions that lead to greater family harmony.

EMDR is a trauma specific therapy in which an external focusing technique is used to help you reprocess trauma experiences.
